Vegetarian Cook

I hit a lover who is a vegetarian and I solicited her to party at my concern and I requirement a vegetarian nutrition to prepare her. I am not a vegetairian so I don’t undergo what to prepare her that does not hit meat in it. Could anyone provide me some ideas on what I crapper prepare her and why?

I take meat, but my lover doesn’t but i poverty to prepare something and I can’t conceive of anything another than produce burgers, quorn, mushrooms etc…
- she likes practically anything vegetarian.
