
I fuck to prepare but am rattling upbeat aware. I’m hunting for cookbooks that hit the Nutritional content of apiece instruction listed. Preferably on the aforementioned tender as the recipe. (Vegetarian Cookbooks would be helpful, but others impact too).

Your best bet is to buy a Food Calorie Guide (available at most bookstores)
That way you can check and customize the nutritional information of EVERYTHING you cook!
