A tofu stir-fry is great, and you can put pretty much whatever you want to in it and it will taste delicious!
Potato pancakes. Grate potatoes, put in some egg, pepper, and a little bit of flour to hold the mix together. Fry in oil. Serve with sour cream or apple sauce. Oops, I don’t know if you eat eggs.
