vegetarian cook

I am hunting for whatever yummy vegetarian recipes. Just hunting to unreal 1 or 2 meals a hebdomad without meat. Do you undergo of some beatific websites or books to recommend?

        Just mix a bunch of veggies and fry them with teryaky, rice bran oil and curry powder.

        Yes!
        I have a million favorite vegetarian dishes.

        Check out all the Moosewood cookbooks, because they’re considered the bibles of vegetarian cooking. Also, “The Enchanted Broccoli Forest”.

        And for vegan cookbooks (even *more* ethical, nutritious and environmentally friendly) try, ReFresh, and “How it All Vegan”.

        A tofu stir-fry is great, and you can put pretty much whatever you want to in it and it will taste delicious!

        Potato pancakes. Grate potatoes, put in some egg, pepper, and a little bit of flour to hold the mix together. Fry in oil. Serve with sour cream or apple sauce. Oops, I don’t know if you eat eggs.
